Up to now we have used rechargeable batteries as provided by G Silberbauer. For the higher power lasers, particularly the CL plus 100, batteries tend to have short lives.

The Energiser series AA lithium battery, with 10 year or similar guarantees and high energy density, has tested well so far.

Led Lights on the unit may not be so accurate but a good rule is to throw out the batteries after 2 months.

At the South Australian AGM Acupak was well represented, even singing a comic song at the conference dinner.   “Sixteen lasers and what da ya get”.
